Logistics Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational workflows during a designated shift
  • Guide team members with an emphasis on economic efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Offer direction and oversight to staff members
  • Enforce established process flows within the shift while adhering to regulatory standards
  • Manage the shift's operations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with quality benchmarks
  • Coordinate personnel and resources in collaboration with the Operations Manager
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Completed vocational training in Logistics or a related discipline
    • Experience in warehouse management and team leadership
    • Proficient in MS Office applications and hold a valid forklift certification
    • Willingness to work flexible hours between 00:00 and 08:30 as needed
