Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational workflows during a designated shift
- Direct team members with an emphasis on economic efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Offer direction and oversight to staff members
- Enforce established process flows during the shift in accordance with regulatory standards
- Ensure operational effectiveness of the shift while adhering to quality benchmarks
- Coordinate workforce and resources in collaboration with the Operations Manager
- Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in Logistics or a related discipline
- Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership
- Competent in MS Office applications and hold a valid forklift certification
- Willingness to work flexible hours between midnight and 08:30 as per arrangement
