Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational workflows during assigned shifts
- Direct team members with an emphasis on economic efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Offer direction and oversight to staff
- Execute designated process flows during the shift in compliance with legal standards
- Manage shift operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality benchmarks
- Coordinate staffing and resources in collaboration with the Operations Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in Logistics or a related discipline
- Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership
- Skilled in MS Office applications and hold a valid forklift certification
- Willingness to work flexible hours between midnight and 08:30 as per agreement
