Unlock Your Creativity as a key member of our Marketing team at Hunter & Companion GmbH. We're seeking a talented Creative Content & Production Specialist to help us scale our uptake across Europe and beyond through various marketing and growth hacking methods.

As a Creative Content & Production Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing team in the visual creation and preparation of various content pieces, including image and video research, editing, information design, and print data creation. You will also assist in the conception and implementation of various communication measures, such as text, video, audio, and graphics.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the marketing team in the creation of high-quality visual content
  • Assisting in the conception and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Managing our day-to-day social channels
  • Collaborating with influencers and content creators to drive engagement and adoption
  • Creating reports on marketing performance and seeking insights to improve our strategies

Requirements for this role include:

  • Enrollment in Graphic Design or related studies
  • Previous experience in video editing and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Proactivity, a strong hands-on mentality, and eagerness to get things done
  • An eye for detail and ability to optimize performance marketing campaigns
  • A passion for conservation, hunting, and nature, or the desire to learn more about these topics
