Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our Marketing team as a Creative Content & Production Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of various content pieces, including image and video research, editing, and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in the creation and preparation of visual content, including image and video research, editing, and design.
  • Assist in the conception and implementation of various communication measures, including text, video, audio, and graphics.
  • Manage our day-to-day social channels and collaborate with influencers and content creators to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Develop reports on marketing performance and identify insights to improve our strategies.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Graphic Design or related studies.
  • Previous experience in video editing and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Based in Munich, where our company is located.
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality, and eagerness to get things done.
  • Eye for detail and ability to optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Possession of a passion for conservation, hunting, and nature, or the desire to learn more about these topics.
