We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team at Penta Search Group. As a senior strategic buyer, you will be responsible for conducting national and international supplier negotiations, procurement market analyses, and global sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate purchasing projects with suppliers in line with the purchasing strategy
- Set up, process, and implement projects
- Coordinate with various departments on needs and markets
- Support purchasing monitoring with regard to price development and expectations
Requirements:
- At least 3-5+ years of experience in purchasing within a manufacturing industrial company (Consumer/FMCG/Food/Personal Care/Chemical)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
- Hands-on mentality, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Occasional travel (Local, Regional and Global)
Preferred Background:
- FMCG/Cosmetics/Personal Care environment
- Sourced raw materials and packaging
