Microsoft Power Platform Technical Lead

We are HCLTech, a global technology company with a strong presence in Germany, and we're looking for a talented Microsoft Power Platform Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform across our organization, leveraging your expertise to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with our technology strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution designs.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
- Proven experience as a technical lead or architect with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
- At least two end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and other enterprise planning and delivery tools.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.
