Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Tech Lead

We are HCLTech, a leading global technology company, and we're looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a technical lead, technical architect, or lead consultant with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
  • At least two end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge and experience with developing model-driven and canvas apps, and understanding the differences between them.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
