Microsoft Power Platform Technical Lead

Microsoft Power Platform Tech Lead
We are HCLTech, a global technology company with a strong presence in Germany, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Microsoft Power Platform Tech Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a technical lead or architect with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
- At least two end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and other enterprise planning and delivery tools.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.
