Pharmaceutical Logistics Specialist (m/w/d)

Pharmaserv GmbH, a leading provider of GMP-compliant production supply and logistics services, is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in Düsseldorf.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products for our clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product integrity
  • Store products in our high-bay warehouse using forklifts and other equipment, while maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, utilizing mobile data capture devices and forklifts
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of products in various temperature zones, including refrigerated and frozen areas
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken
  • Optional: experience with mobile data capture devices and forklift operation
