Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Vertriebsentwicklung : Du entwickelst Vertriebsstrategien, die die Bereiche Retail, Customer Service und B2B integrieren und setzt diese mit deinem Team erfolgreich um.
  • Teufel-Stores : Du kümmerst dich strategisch um ein optimales Management der bestehenden Stores und sorgst für deren Profitabilität.
  • Kundenservice : Du stellst ein kundenzentriertes Denken und Handeln im B2C Bereich sicher und garantierst auf diese Weise bestmögliche Zufriedenheit bei unserer Kundschaft.
  • B2B: In Zusammenarbeit mit deinem B2B Team erarbeitest du neue Geschäfts-Projekte und eroberst neue Geschäftsfelder.

Dein Profil

  • Ein akademischer Hintergrund im wirtschaftlichen Bereich mit mehr als 10 Jahren Erfahrung im internationalen Vertriebsumfeld.
  • Einschlägige Führungserfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge mit größeren Teams aus unterschiedlichen Sales-Bereichen.
  • Versierter und souveräner Umgang mit Daten, Tabellen und Kalkulationen, um verlässliche Business-Prognosen zu entwickeln.
  • Branchenhintergrund in Verbrauchermarken und Konsumgütern ist wünschenswert.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse.
