Valuation Internship Opportunity

Grant Thornton Luxembourg is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Valuation team as a Valuation Intern.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews. You will have the chance to work with financial models, design and implement discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses, and present your findings to clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You will also need to be fluent in English and have a good understanding of financial concepts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Valuation professionals in developing our valuation desk and maintaining client relationships;
  • Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews;
  • Design and work with financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses;
  • Report and present analyses and conclusions, including written reports.

Main Requirements

  • Currently attending a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management;
  • Fluency in English (any other language is considered an asset);
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take on responsibilities within our team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
