Job Title: Manager Forensic Accounting Investigations

Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC) is a leading regulatory consulting firm that provides expert advice to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager Forensic Accounting Investigations to join our team.

Your Role:
  • Lead forensic accounting investigations and execute complex financial analysis projects.
  • Collaborate with our eDiscovery and Data Analytics teams to build, handle, and interrogate large data sets.
  • Develop and implement financial models and cash flow analyses to support litigation and investigation reports.
  • Review and critically analyse financial information, including invoices, credit notes, accounting records, and financial statements.
  • Investigate and trace the flow of funds between bank accounts, and compile and analyse facts to formulate, substantiate, and/or critique various damages theories, claims, or conclusions.
  • Organise documents and work papers, including preparing supporting materials for litigation, valuation, and investigation reports.
  • Perform quality control reviews of your work and the work of others, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Your Profile:
  • At least 6 years of client-facing experience within a Big Four or mid-tier accounting firm.
  • Proven experience in audit and restructuring, conducting forensic accounting investigations projects, including bribery and corruption investigations.
  • Recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFE).
  • Fluency in English and French, with German being a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear and accurate written deliverables.
