Team Overview

The Lending Operations and Fronting teams play a crucial role in managing credit transactions associated with the Bank's lending services. Their responsibilities encompass customer creation and transaction management within the Bank's core systems, conducting KYC processes, verifying loan documentation, and overseeing disbursement conditions, culminating in the initiation of payment processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist the teams with various aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry and verification of customer documents for correctness and validity.
  • You will participate in diverse projects, contributing proactively to the enhancement of operational processes.
  • You will aid in preparing customer analyses by reviewing creditworthiness information and processing data related to company structures and key financial figures.
  • You will generate evaluations and assist in the development of presentations and reports.

Your Profile
  • You are pursuing a degree in economics or law.
  • You have a minimum of 1.5 years remaining in your studies.
  • You possess strong MS Office skills and enjoy engaging with various IT applications.
  • You have a good affinity for numbers.
  • You are fluent in German and have proficient written and spoken English skills.
  • You are capable of working independently while also valuing teamwork.
  • You are open-minded, proactive, and communicative, with a penchant for problem-solving.
  • You are dependable, demonstrating reliability and meticulous work habits.
  • You are available to work between 15 and 20 hours weekly, with flexibility to work Monday through Friday.
