Delivering Exceptional Diagnostic Support

Our client, a renowned global leader in medical diagnostics, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide top-notch on-site and remote support for their comprehensive solutions used in healthcare facilities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instrument Setup and Launch: Ensure seamless installation and deployment of diagnostic equipment at customer locations.
  • Customer Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and assistance to customers and distributors to optimize equipment usage.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and emergency maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain equipment performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Offer exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest additional products and services, such as maintenance contracts, to meet customer needs.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts, maintain records, and prepare maintenance estimates for customer approval.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and preparation for conferences and events.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in mechanics, electronics, and engineering.
  • Medical Experience: Experience working in medical analysis laboratories and with medical devices.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English; proficiency in a third language is an asset.
  • Office Automation: Skilled in office automation tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
