About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Category Management Intern to join our team at Wayfair. As a Category Management Intern, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with internal and external partners, testing new innovative ideas, and analyzing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners
- Test new innovative ideas and analyze trends
- Research categories and vendors to build out selection
- Identify new, profitable opportunities for targeting, segmentation, and merchandising
- Develop strategies for priority initiatives and lead implementations
Requirements:
- Available for at least 6 months
- Fluent in English & German (at least C1 level)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
