About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Category Manager to join our dynamic Category and Purchasing team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the Fragrances category within our online beauty and self-care business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the commercial success of the Fragrances category through strategic planning and execution
- Oversee all user touchpoints within the category, including product pages and navigation
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer, market, and competition data to inform category insights and recommendations
- Evaluate opportunities to enhance the assortment, including seasonal items, limited editions, and new brand onboarding
- Collaborate closely with purchasing counterparts, stakeholders in pricing, campaign, retail media, and supply chain to ensure category attractiveness, availability, and financial performance
- Provide category-specific knowledge to optimize navigation, category pages, filters, and product detail pages
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing a commercial category in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
- Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to impact them
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, including assortment and inventory management
- Keen on streamlining processes and procedures
- Proactive and strong communicator with ability to build network and collaborate with stakeholders

- Competitive salary band between 50,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year, based on skills and experience
