Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at WuXi AppTec. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our medical devices and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective quality management.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality management systems are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- ISO 17025 and cGMP experience.
- Knowledge of laboratory management systems.
- Experience managing personnel.
