Quality Assurance Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to implement and maintain a robust QMS, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement QMS policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the QMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and WuXi AppTec policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, customers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QMS policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure QMS performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QMS management, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and German.
- Experience with ISO 17025 and cGMP regulations.
- Knowledge of laboratory management systems.
- Experience with quality management software.
