- Analytische und zielgerichtete Arbeit: Sie bewerten die Begründetheit von Schadensersatzforderungen und Schadenshöhe unter Berücksichtigung von Vertragsvereinbarungen, internen Vorgaben und gesetzlich normierten Bestimmungen.
- Detailorientierte Arbeit: Zwischen den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen unseres Unternehmens fungieren Sie als wichtige Verbindung und zeigen Verbesserungspotenziale zur Schadensminimierung auf.
- Beratung und Unterstützung: Sie beraten Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen in versicherungsrelevanten Fragestellungen und übernehmen die bedarfsgerechte Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen.
- Qualitätssicherung: Durch die Erstellung von Statistiken mittels verschiedener Tools machen Sie die Gesamtperformance sichtbar und unterstützen bei der stetigen Optimierung unserer Dienstleistung.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fach
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Schadensabwicklung oder im Versicherungsmanagement
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu erklären
- Hohe Rechen- und Analysefähigkeiten sowie Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren und zu interpretieren
