We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing DACH team at Taboola.

About the Role

As a Junior Advertising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier I Brands and agencies across the DACH region. You will work closely with our Advertising Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals, and will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting new business closure rates
  • Understand clients' organizations and offer multiple Taboola products to given clients, finding the right stakeholders for each product
  • Gain an excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystems to explain product benefits within this context
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Convey feedback from clients to Taboola's product team regarding product development needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's would be a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills in German, good English would be an advantage
  • Passion to hunt, educate, and sell
  • The commitment and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn
