About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier I Brands and agencies, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with our skilled team of account managers, media planners, and creative strategists to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills in German, with good English skills a plus.
  • A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude and a passion for sales and business development.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting new business closure rates.
  • Understand clients' organizations and offer multiple Taboola products to given clients, identifying the right stakeholders for each product.
  • Gain an excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystems to explain product benefits within this context.
  • Work closely with the Advertising Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
