As a Lead Interior Designer at Westwing Home & Living, you will be responsible for bringing our brand's unique vision to life in our Retail Stores and the homes of our customers. Your dual mission will be to conceptualize, plan, and execute captivating interior designs that reflect our brand DNA and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the 'Look and Feel' of our Stores, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
  • Design immersive window displays, top-notch interior looks for our room sets, and inspiring product curation for stunning retail shelves, including mood boards and 3D mockups.
  • Work with our customers to design the perfect interior concept for their home or business, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutions.
  • Define and uphold design standards, shape and articulate the creative vision, ensuring all concepts align with and exceed established guidelines.
  • Act as a coach to our team of skilled interior designers, work with them on best practices, and foster an environment of creativity and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative design concepts, incorporating all relevant insights into your designs.
  • Work closely with other teams to align your creative strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • +8 years of experience in Interior Design and Styling at a renowned design company.
  • A portfolio that showcases your ideas and how you bring your interior ideas to life.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of latest and upcoming interior design & styling trends; visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and proportion.
  • High willingness to travel as the position requires visiting our Stores and high net worth clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
