Lead and Manage Interior Design Projects at Magna

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Design Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Munich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the development and execution of innovative interior design solutions for our automotive clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of suppliers throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept development to final product maturity.
  • Effectively coordinate and manage interfaces between various stakeholders, including project partners, engineers, and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure that all design data is released in accordance with required quality standards during construction phases.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to address evolving project requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit, unwavering commitment, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Possess a structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit excellent decision-making abilities and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
  • Fluent in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in project management within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry processes, requirements, and customer interactions.
  • Experience working with plastics, particularly in interior applications with airbag integration.
