Job Opportunity for a Software Integration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Manager to join our team at JOYNEXT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of software integration solutions
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
  • Plan and execute software integration projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software integration opportunities
  • Develop and maintain software integration roadmaps and strategies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software integration, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Proven track record of delivering software integration projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
