Job Opportunity for a Software Integration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Manager to join our team at JOYNEXT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers and engineers to design, develop, and test software integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software integration strategies.
  • Develop and maintain software integration architectures and designs.
  • Ensure software integration solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards.
  • Manage software development projects from conception to delivery.
  • Develop and implement software integration testing plans and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software integration, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of delivering software integration solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile principles.
  • Experience with software integration tools and technologies.
