Manager Software Integration (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Manager für Softwareintegration und -entwicklung, der unsere Teams in Dresden und Ningbo führt.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter der Arbeitsgruppe
  • Strukturierte Umsetzung der Entwicklungsaufgaben entsprechend der definierten Prozesse
  • Zuarbeiten zu Aufwandsabschätzungen und Investitionsbedarf
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Lieferantenkontakten
  • Planung und Sicherstellung der notwendigen und für die Aufgabenerfüllung geeigneten personellen Ressourcen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams, Durchführung von Entwicklung- und Feedbackgesprächen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Einschlägiger Studienabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwareintegration
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Planungstools
  • Sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, selbstsicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse
