Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex projects in our focus industries, including Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, and Test Applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage international project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure seamless collaboration with external and internal suppliers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Provide regular reporting to management, steering committees, and customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for junior project managers, sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide international project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
