About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the external product development of electronic industrial components that are used across multiple business lines. You will work closely with our global teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test electronic industrial components
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of components
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
