Senior Talent Development Manager

Lead Talent Development Initiatives

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive organizational growth and enhance employee capabilities through cutting-edge Talent Development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement international Talent Development projects with impact on the entire organization
  • Oversee global initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Present decision templates to top management and act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consultancy or a dynamic company
  • Leadership experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development
  • Fluent English is essential, German is desirable, additional languages are an advantage
