About the Role

The Stepstone Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Manager to lead and manage our Talent Development initiatives. As a key member of our People Development department, you will be responsible for driving organizational growth and enhancing employee capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Development experts to design and implement cutting-edge Talent Development programs.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of state-of-the-art Talent Development products and conduct needs analyses in partnership with People Partners and business stakeholders.
  • Define and analyze relevant Talent Development KPIs to drive strategic actions and foster trend scouting and benchmarking on People Development topics.
  • Own and manage international Talent Development projects with impact on the entire organization, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring delivery of global standards and processes.
  • Present decision templates to top management to advance projects and act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders on all People Development matters.
  • Deliver and moderate workshops to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or a comparable qualification, with at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consultancy or a similarly dynamic company, ideally with leadership experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development.
  • Expertise in learning consultancy, diagnostic tools, workshop moderation, and delivering and/or coaching/trainer certification.
  • Confident presence at all company levels and a drive to advance projects in an international context, with a hands-on mentality and innovative ideas.
  • Results-oriented approach and ability to navigate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent English is essential, German is desirable, additional languages are an advantage.
