About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager to join our Sustainable Development team. As a key member of our team, you will drive meaningful change in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with immense personal and professional growth potential.

About your tasks:

  • Develop and refine our sustainability strategy, integrating stakeholders' perspectives and enhancing data-driven evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement sustainability targets, policies, and actions.
  • Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives to ensure ongoing progress and compliance.
  • Manage sustainability goals across departments, preparing top management presentations and creating dashboards.
  • Drive process innovation and development, supporting change initiatives and providing expert advice on opportunities for improvement.

About you:

  • You have proven experience in sustainability roles, ideally from established sustainability departments or consulting, with a strong understanding of corporate structures and processes.
  • You possess strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders on all levels.
  • You are familiar with reporting, audit requirements, and legal texts, with a solution-oriented approach and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
