About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our sustainability strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our double materiality assessment, integrating stakeholders' perspectives and enhancing data-driven evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and refine sustainability targets, policies, and actions.
- Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives to ensure ongoing progress and compliance.
- Manage sustainability goals across departments, preparing top management presentations and creating dashboards.
- Drive the development of new processes in collaboration with other departments, supporting change initiatives, and providing expert advice on opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sustainability roles, ideally from established sustainability departments or consulting, with a strong understanding of corporate structures and processes.
- Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders on all levels.
- Familiarity with reporting, audit requirements, and legal texts, such as the CSRD.
- Solution-oriented and able to analyse complex issues, take ownership of tasks, and drive progress independently.
