About the Role

Quantis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team in the Chemicals and Industrial Goods sector.

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project work, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver client projects related to chemical industry sustainability, including footprinting, target setting, and implementation of actions.
  • Develop and implement sustainable strategies for clients, including project scoping, solution development, and timely deliverables.
  • Build, develop, and manage efficient consultant project teams, providing growth opportunities and constructive feedback.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve project risks with the project team and clients.
  • Recognize and fill skill/knowledge gaps in project teams and identify process or system improvements.
  • Contribute to business development, including developing and managing client relations, meeting prospects, writing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and sustainability expertise in a professional setting in the private sector, ideally with consulting experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize workload, project streams, and priorities.
  • Previous exposure to sustainability topics, especially in the chemical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and German.
