Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team in Tübingen, Germany. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing national and multinational clinical trials for our innovative mRNA-based vaccines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and medical writing.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor clinical trial progress.
  • Lead and manage complex projects, including budget and contract management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, natural sciences, or medicine.
  • Several years of experience in clinical project management, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, EU and US regulations, and laws.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English; intermediate German skills are a plus.
