Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled

(Senior) Clinical Project Manager (f/m/d)

to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee national and/or international clinical trials involving innovative vaccines targeting oncology and infectious diseases.
  • Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with the Clinical Project Team.
  • Manage various project components, including budgeting, contracting, drug supply, recruitment, and study advancement.
  • Engage with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), vendors, and internal stakeholders as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols, monitor clinical site activities, and conduct on-site evaluations.
  • Assist the Clinical Project Team in vendor oversight activities.
  • Lead complex, high-priority projects in the early development phases, establishing the strategic and tactical direction for the area of responsibility.
  • Proactively manage budget and contract-related tasks independently and without supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of pertinent experience in a comparable role within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines; familiarity with EU or US regulations and laws is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CTMS, and eTMF.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate proficiency in German is a plus.
