About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in planning and executing marketing campaigns across all 3 DACH countries (B2C, B2B).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of digital marketing assets, including print materials, and collaborate with international agencies on larger projects.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analyses, and provide actionable recommendations based on the findings.
  • Prepare presentations and reports on marketing performance, including volume and ROI evaluations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (m/w/d) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in marketing, preferably through internships or previous work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
