Marketing Assistant (Werkstudent)

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Ergobaby Europe GmbH. As a Werkstudent, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading global company and support our marketing efforts in the French or BeNeLux region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating engaging and localized content for our French or Dutch-speaking markets, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct market research to understand the latest trends and consumer preferences in the French or Dutch market.
  • Help manage and grow our social media presence by engaging with our community and creating compelling content.
  • Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch (native or near-native level).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing or related internships is a plus.
