About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Product Management team in the preparation of marketing materials for new and existing ENT products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering competitive information, developing marketing intelligence, and creating engaging marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Management team in the preparation of marketing materials for new and existing ENT products
  • Gather competitive information from formal resources and country sales force with supervision of Product Managers
  • Develop marketing intelligence into new and existing product/solution performance for both company and competitor products/solutions
  • Work with MBCs and Marketing Communications to develop marketing materials, product information, and product documentation
  • Ensure alignment with the Surgical Portfolio
  • Start the groundwork for digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's student (m/f/d) enrolled in Business Management, Business Administration, Informatics, or similar
  • Experience in digital marketing practices and demonstrated knowledge of marketing
  • In-depth expertise in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking focus, and high performance will
  • Great team player with a high drive to contribute to the team and positive, proactive work attitude
