About the Role
We are seeking a Risk Manager Transfer to join our Corporate Governance team in the Risk and Compliance tribe. Our team is evolving and growing, and we're looking for someone to contribute to this process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on service management related to transfer and outsourcing, as well as support to departments in identifying and evaluating risks.
- Familiarity with external references such as EBA-GL, KWG, MaRisk, BAIT, and ISO 27001 is not a foreign concept.
- Pursue the maintenance and development of processes, regulations, and information platforms (e.g., transfer and outsourcing evaluations, transfer register).
- Be responsible for controlling transfer and outsourcing evaluations from departments.
- Take initiative in regularly creating the transfer and risk report.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in (Business) Informatics and have several years of experience in outsourcing management or a comparable qualification.
- Be familiar with IT and financial industry audits, such as the 44er-Sonderprüfungen.
- Have knowledge of risk management in the context of outsourcing and transfer, as well as the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Our corporate language is German. You should have secure German language skills. Good English skills are desirable.
- Alongside your analytical skills, your strategic thinking and acting, as well as secure communication and good relationship management, complete your profile.
