Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to support our large-scale software development and integration programs. If you have a passion for risk management and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we look forward to your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize risk management processes to identify, assess, and manage risks in our software development and integration programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously identify and assess risks, develop measures to minimize risks, and ensure their implementation and monitoring.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc risk reports for relevant committees, ensuring their validity and meaningfulness to support management decision-making and risk management transparency.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on risk management to promote employee awareness and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in managing complex large-scale projects or project portfolios in software development and integration.
  • Sound knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and management.
  • Experience in creating risk reports and training documents.
  • Ideal knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident demeanor at internal or external decision-maker level.
  • Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.
