Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient treatment and clinical success through education and training of physicians and hospital staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, key opinion leaders, and economic buyers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement education and training programs for physicians and hospital staff.
- Lead a team of Business Development Specialists to achieve sales goals and grow therapy and product knowledge in all medical sectors.
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a relevant medical field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and sales within the medical devices industry, with a focus on Endoscopy and Endobariatrics.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
- Proven ability to influence key opinion leaders and drive business growth.
