Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Marketing teams to drive commercial decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Generate accurate monthly forecasts based on robust data and assumptions, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and presenting to US leadership.
  • Take ownership of performance reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing valuable insights to support business objectives.
  • Engage with retailers to share analysis and insights, supporting joint business plans and initiatives for growth.
  • Develop robust business cases, considering all costs and ensuring returns meet desired targets.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and conduct post-completion evaluations.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to prepare annual budgets.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights as needed to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Previous experience in a commercial-oriented role.
  • Desirable: Financial forecasting experience and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau would be beneficial.
