Venture Capital Associate

We are seeking an Associate to join our investment team for a consumer health-focused venture capital fund. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to source, screen, and analyze investment opportunities in early-stage health start-ups across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source exceptional investments in consumer health in Europe and the US
- Assist with market research and industry mapping activities
- Support the investment process end-to-end, including due diligence, negotiation, and portfolio management
- Represent the business at industry conferences and help build the brand in the relevant ecosystem
- Assist with reporting needs for investors
Requirements
We are looking for a well-rounded individual with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in VC or a similar field. A background or strong interest in health is a plus, and fluency in English and German is required. The successful candidate will be located in Germany, with a preference for Berlin or Munich.
