As a Legal Counsel, you'll be part of a growing team that's revolutionizing road freight logistics. You'll provide strategic legal advice to senior management and various departments, ensuring that our business initiatives align with our legal and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide legal counsel on diverse business issues, including contracts, policies, and regulatory matters
* Assess legal implications of business initiatives and negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements
* Ensure contracts align with our organization's legal and business objectives, proposing risk mitigation strategies
* Lead litigation cases, managing external counsel involvement
* Interface and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, regulators, courts, government agencies, and external legal counsel

Requirements:

* Fully qualified lawyer with 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
* Experience in international transport and logistics is a plus
* Ability to work with others and independently
* Critical thinking and multitasking ability
* Problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with all departments across different countries and with external parties
* Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and decision-makers within the sennder Group
* Fluency in English; fluency in German is preferred but not required. Other languages are a plus
* Business-oriented and result-driven attitude, with problem-solving skills
* Striving for continuous improvement and seeking additional responsibilities
