About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business acumen. As a Business Growth Strategist at HubSpot, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs to ensure sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Develop and track key sales metrics and performance indicators to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
