Wir suchen ab sofort einen motivierten und erfahrenen Teamleiter:in Sales, der unsere Vertriebsabteilung in Nürnberg weiterentwickelt und erfolgreich führt.

Vorstellung

Die KÖNIGSTEINER AGENTUR GmbH ist eine führende Vertriebsgesellschaft mit Niederlassungen in Deutschland. Wir unterstützen Unternehmen bei der Besetzung offener Positionen und bieten unseren Kunden eine umfassende Palette an Dienstleistungen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Führung und Motivation des Sales-Teams
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
  • Kundenbetreuung und -gewinnung
  • Vertriebsziele und -ergebnisse steigern
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in der Neu-kunden-gewinnung und -betreuung
Vergütung und Benefits

Die Vergütung setzt sich aus einem Fixgehalt und einer zusätzlichen Provision zusammen, die sich an den Vertriebs-erfolgen orientiert. Darüber hinaus bietet die KÖNIGSTEINER AGENTUR GmbH JobRad-Leasing und einen JobRad-FullService an.
