Partnerships Manager

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our network of partners and clients, actively contributing to our efforts in promoting corporate climate responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and enhancing collaborations with strategic partners and clients
  • Taking ownership of designated product categories
  • Leading the acquisition of new clients, from initial outreach to onboarding, in close collaboration with the team
  • Assisting in the execution of client projects
  • Working closely with our teams focused on Climate Strategy and the development of climate protection initiatives
  • Monitoring trends in the voluntary carbon market and international best practices for corporate climate action
  • Expanding the Climate Solutions network across Europe, particularly in Germany

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B account management or sales within corporate sustainability, preferably including knowledge of voluntary carbon markets
  • A solid understanding of the challenges faced by both regionally and internationally operating businesses, with the ability to convey complex topics effectively
  • Strong strategic sales skills and a self-directed, results-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with executives and senior decision-makers
  • A deep commitment to climate protection
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential; proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
