Marketing Manager with focus on Event Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a focus on Event Management to join our team at FGS Global (Europe) GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for organizing internal and external events in the Continental European region. Your primary task will be to steer the entire event management process, from conception to execution, as well as reporting and invoicing. This includes selecting venues, hotels, logistics, and external suppliers, creating checklists, inviting processes, and administering event equipment.
As an Event Management Specialist, you will develop event concepts and give impulses for new event formats and possibilities to reach and inspire our target audiences. You will design the experience of existing and new event formats by setting new standards and overseeing the budget. You will ensure the execution of our events in compliance with our corporate design and in a cost-optimized way. You will closely collaborate with our consulting teams, the global marketing team, our in-house design team, and external partner agencies.
Ideally, the right candidate also possesses sound experiences in Digital & Social Media Marketing to support the team with setting up digital and social media campaigns, including performance monitoring and evaluation. You will have a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in event management, preferably in a professional services firm or event agencies.
