HV Capital is seeking a highly skilled Events and Creative Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive events strategy that showcases our brand and drives engagement across various audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, creative design, and project coordination. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating events, as well as collaborating with our creative agency and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a holistic events framework that aligns with our brand strategy
  • Creating innovative event formats that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Establishing a strong brand voice through offline experiences
  • Managing event logistics, including invitation management, merchandise, and marketing measures
  • Collaborating with our comms team to share event content on our communication channels

We are looking for a creative and organized individual with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for brand design, and strong communication skills. If you are passionate about events, marketing, and creative design, and have a strong background in these areas, we encourage you to apply.
